Italy on my mind (the Florence guide)

As part of our Italian roadtrip my boyfriend and I decided to pay Florence (also known as Firenze) a visit. Florence wasn’t really on our radar so we went there without any expectations. The only reason why we planned a few days in Florence was the fact that my boyfriend really wanted to eat a bistecca alla fiorentina, or in other words a huge steak from a specific type of cow (not kidding). Sometimes the trips you plan without expectations turn out to be the best ones, because we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and all the amazing food places Florence has to offer. The Paris Guide part 1

About a month and a half ago (yes I am really late with this post) I went to Paris with one of my friends. We have both been to Paris a couple of times so this time we weren’t going for all the famous sights. The Budapest Guide

Although Budapest was high on my Europe travel list, I was so busy with work that I had almost no time to do some research before departure, so this city trip would be a big surprise, and what an amazing surprise it was. Budapest is absolutely stunning, has amazing coffee, really friendly people and a very relaxed atmosphere. Yes I am hooked on Budapest and therefore very excited to share some of my discoveries with you today.

3 x Brunch in Amsterdam

Before I moved to Amsterdam I would enjoy a Sunday brunch every once in a while, but it was only when I moved to Amsterdam, that I discovered that brunch was actually a thing. Everyone seemed to be going to brunch all the time and I have to admit that it quickly made its way into my weekly ritual as well. I mean brunch is one of the best things ever, it’s basically an opportunity to eat breakfast food with your friends but still giving you the opportunity to sleep in for a bit.
