May is one of my favorite months, the weather is slowly improving and the longer days really increase my productivity. May is going to be a busy month, in which I find myself traveling every other weekend. That’s why my May goals are all about keeping me grounded.
Happy 2019! By now you have probably scrolled by or read countless resolution post for the new year. Well this year I’ve decided to do things differently, no goals or resolutions for the new year for me. This year I am going for a happiness project instead.
Hello 2018, I am glad you’re here because to be quite honest, I didn’t really like your predecessor. I am not a resolutions kind of girl, but I do love me some goals. Who still remembers my monthly goals posts? Needless to say, I could not pass up on this great opportunity to set myself some new goals for 2018.
The “we miss you e-mails” from my gym have been piling up in my mailbox but I just couldn’t find the motivation to go these last few months. But not only the gym situation can be improved also my diet can use some improvements. Instead of setting myself some regular monthly goals as I did in the past. I decided to switch things up and set myself some health related goals for March.
Remember about half a year ago, when I share a list of 25 items that I hoped to achieve before I was 25? Well in a little under 6 months I will turn 25, so a little update (and a little reminder to myself) was in order. So how far have I gotten on my list in the past 6/7 months?
