My Best sale purchases this season

Sale shopping, some people love it and some people think it’s the worst thing ever. For me personally it depends on the store and how quickly I find out about the sale, whether I love or hate it. I have to confess that I don’t tend to pick up too many items during the sale season because as a bit of a shopaholic, I’ve seen most of the pieces before so the new collection always seems to catch my eye. This sale season though, I found some really great pieces, which I’d love to share with you today.

The first store I went to this year was the Mango, because I saw that they had a great sale on shoes and I still had quite a long shoe wish list for this summer. At the Mango I picked up these brown lace-up sandals and these adorable black lace-up heels. Both were 50% off making them real bargains for leather shoes and since both were on my wishlist I didn’t feel too guilty for buying two pair at the same time :). At the Zara I fell in love with this gorgeous embroidered skirt, and managed to pick it up for only €30 during their sale. The Zara is definitely busy and hectic, during the sale season, but you can find some amazing pieces for a lot less. The last item I wanted to share with you is this off-shoulder denim dress. I had been on the hunt for an off-shoulder dress for what feels like ages, but I never found one that fitted me right. This one I found at a little boutique, the fit was great and looking at the tag I discovered that it was on sale, which is always nice, so I picked it up immediately.

I made some other sneaky purchases as well, so this sale season has been a good one. What was your best purchase this sale season?

Love, Meryl
