The “we miss you e-mails” from my gym have been piling up in my mailbox but I just couldn’t find the motivation to go these last few months. But not only the gym situation can be improved also my diet can use some improvements. Instead of setting myself some regular monthly goals as I did in the past. I decided to switch things up and set myself some health related goals for March.

Although Budapest was high on my Europe travel list, I was so busy with work that I had almost no time to do some research before departure, so this city trip would be a big surprise, and what an amazing surprise it was. Budapest is absolutely stunning, has amazing coffee, really friendly people and a very relaxed atmosphere. Yes I am hooked on Budapest and therefore very excited to share some of my discoveries with you today.

Lately a new sub ritual has intruded my morning ritual; every morning I check the weather app on my phone (because weather in the Netherlands is as unpredictable as trying to figure out who A is on Pretty little liars) after which I walk to my closet and stand there for a good 10 minutes. Yes you read that right 10 whole minutes, which I could fill with useful things like eating breakfast, but no, I simply stare because recently I keep discovering that I have absolutely #nothingtowear.
